 A 29 year Realtor veteran, Jeff joined Helen Adams Realty in 1982 and he and his wife, Patty, purchased the company in 1991. Since 1991, the company has grown from 6 to 131 agents and three offices. Helen Adams Realty enjoys the distinction of being ranked among the Top Ten real estate firms in the Nation for 2007, 2008 & 2009. Helen Adams Realty’s new construction services has listed, marketed and sold 79 new residential communities, 3421 units with a sales volume of $847 million. For the last two years, Helen Adams Realty has maintained the highest ratio of closed price to original list price for the entire Multiple Listing Service area for all of its listings.

As a Relocation Manager for Helen Adams Realty, Amber Harold assists clients moving in and out of the Charlotte area.  Amber handles corporate accounts and transferee counseling for relocation. With over 5 years in Relocation, her strong relationships with real estate firms across the country enable her to match transferees with the perfect agent.  Amber reflects her dedication to customer service and enjoys making the client’s move a seamless process.  Amber is a member of Charlotte Metro Relocation Council (CMARC), the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
